Make use of the Endless Swimming jet as used by many professionals including Jan Frodeno in his tri at home challenge. The jet reaches 1,20 per 100m speed.
indoor riding
Connect your bike to one of the two house rollers. Each trainer has adapters, fans and iPad stands ready to go.
treadmill
Run as many km's as you like indoors on the 2020 Technogym treadmill. Perfect when you want to run flat, soft, or do a brick run after riding outdoors.
Guided tours
During your stay have us plan your training week, take you on the best bike and run routes and open water swim spots in Girona. All included in the price. If you need a hand organising bike rental just let us know.
workshop
Don't worry about bringing pumps and tools. The villa has everything you will likely need to ensure any mechanical issues can be managed. There is also a stand, hose and brushes for post-ride cleaning.
